What happens after I send a request?
CUDDA reviews it first and confirms the scope. Submitting a request does not charge you, approve a project, or start work. Agreement acceptance and the 50% deposit come after approval.
When do I pay?
Deposits are $75 for Classic, $100 for Compact, $150 for Core, and $225 for Complete, with the same amount remaining. The 50% deposit is due after project approval and agreement acceptance. After you approve the finished website, the remaining 50% is due before launch. Checkout becomes available at the appropriate stage in your private project workspace.
What counts as a revision?
A revision round is a collected set of adjustments to the approved design and content, such as color choices, spacing, or supplied text and image placement. Two rounds are included in standard packages. Additional rounds cost $25 each. Page counts are fixed. Major redesigns, new features and excluded services are not offered.
What do I need to provide?
Provide your business details, final page text, logo or a text-only name preference, brand colors, and images you have permission to use. Your private onboarding workspace lists the required materials. Please provide content within seven calendar days after your deposit; delivery estimates begin after approval, agreement acceptance, deposit, and receipt of required content.
Who handles the domain, hosting, and maintenance?
You own and pay for your domain and hosting; hosting/domain costs are separate. CUDDA assists with connecting them; never send account passwords through the request form or portal. Ongoing maintenance is not included in the base package. Seven days of post-launch bug-fix support are included; ongoing updates and maintenance are not offered.
How many pages are included?
Classic includes exactly 1 page, Compact exactly 2, Core exactly 3, and Complete exactly 5. Choose the package that fits. Only these four packages are offered; there are no additional service or quote options.
