Refund Policy
Business: CUDDA, operated by Tennille Smith, individual sole proprietor, Mary Esther, Florida. Public contact: hellocudda@gmail.com Effective date: November 1, 2026.
This policy concerns package payments and prepaid additional revision rounds for CUDDA’s template-based services. The package deposit is 50% of the agreed package price; the remaining balance is due after final approval and before launch.
- Before actual project-specific work begins: refund 100% of the deposit paid.
- After work begins and before actual website launch: refund 50% of the deposit paid. This is half the deposit, not half the package price, and continues to apply after final approval if launch has not occurred.
- After actual website launch: no deposit refund, subject to applicable law.
Work begins with actual project-specific customization/development, not inquiry receipt, deposit collection or materials review alone. Actual launch means publication of the customer’s completed website, not CUDDA’s own studio launch. Refunds remain manual; these terms do not waive applicable rights or authorize automatic refunds.
For Classic/Compact/Core/Complete, standard deposits are $75/$100/$150/$225; the corresponding 50%-of-deposit refunds are $37.50/$50/$75/$112.50. Package prices and entitlements are unchanged.
Additional revision cancellations: If a prepaid additional revision round is cancelled before work on that round starts, its $25 fee is refunded in full. Once work on that round has started, its fee is retained; fees for later rounds not yet started are refunded. Each round is assessed separately using actual work records, subject to applicable law. No automatic refund or charge is authorized.
Final-balance refunds: If the customer cancels before actual website launch, any final package-balance payment already received is refunded in full. The separate deposit refund policy still applies. After actual launch, the final balance is generally nonrefundable, subject to applicable law and rights relating to defects or failure to provide the agreed service. Final website approval alone is not launch.
Document precedence: The Customer Agreement controls project-specific matters, followed by its incorporated Refund Policy, then the Terms of Service. The Privacy Policy remains independent.
This policy does not amend previously accepted agreements.
